Yes, you may choose to transfer your existing domain from another registrar and enjoy a year of renewal through our Free Domain offer (eligible plans apply).
This is, however, on applies to new orders and the domain is required to be set as your account's primary domain (cannot be changed later).
Also, you need to ensure that:
- You have control on the domain name (you own it)
- You have the EPP Code, or also known as Transfer Code with you
- The domain is unlocked for transfer (you may contact your registrar's customer support to get help with this)
- The domain is not expired, or still at lest three (3) weeks before expiry
To claim the free domain through domain transfer, please follow the steps below.
- Order the Free Domain eligible package from our website
- In our Shopping Cart page, you will see "Choose a Domain..." as the first step
- Select Transfer your domain from another registrar
- Enter the domain name you wish to transfer
- Proceed to next steps
The transfer process will begin once you have authorized the transfer request. Most of the time, you need to click a link from an e-mail that will be sent to you by your current registrar.
