Why my Fully-Branded URL SuperSite & Partnersite stopped working?

As part of enhancing the security of our platform, we recently converted all Partially-Branded URLs to 'https'. In case you have not installed SSL Certificate for your Fully-Branded URL SuperSite, Partnersite and/or Control Panel URLs, you need to update the DNS Record(s) and install SSL certificate(s) for these URL(s) ASAP otherwise your custom branded URLs will no longer work and will be redirected to your Partially-Branded URL instead.

To proceed configuring your new SSL-enabled Fully-Branded URL, please follow the steps below.

  1. Login to your Domain Reseller Control Panel (DCP) account
  2. Then head to Settings -> Branding Settings -> SuperSite & PartnerSite -> SuperSite 2
  3. Scroll down to **Fully-Branded URL** section and follow the steps in section **Step 3: Secure your URL**.

If you are in a hurry to have your client register a domain under your Reseller Account, direct them to your partially branded URL which is in the format: http://**YOUR-SITE-NAME**.supersite2.myorderbox.com. You can find it in **Partially-Branded URL** section.
