How to create a Reseller account in Zamfoo Master Reseller?

Below are the steps to follow in creating a Reseller (WHM) account using Zamfoo Master Reseller.

A. Creating a Hosting Package in WHM

  1. Login to your WHM account
  2. From the left navigation pane, click on "Add New Package"
  3. Fill-up the form with your desired resources for the package such as disk space, bandwidth, etc
  4. Don't forget to tick
  5. Click save, and take note of the package name you've created

B. Creating a Reseller (WHM) package in Zamfoo Master Reseller

Using your Master Reseller account, follow the steps below:

  1. From the left navigation pane, click on "Zamfoo Master Reseller"
  2. You are now in WHM accounts section. Look for the link that says "Set/Remove WHM Autogrant". This will allow you to grant reseller privileges to the package you've created earlier in section A.
  3. Choose the package name that you would like to give reseller privileges and click on "Add/Set Autogrant". All accounts created under that package name will be Reseller account and will have access to WHM

C. Create a Feature list

Feature list will determine what access your reseller have in their WHM. Using your Master Reseller account, follow the steps below on how to create a new Feature list.

  1. Login your Master Reseller account and in WHM, go to Edit Reseller Nameservers and Privileges.
  2. Select the account to edit
  3. Scroll down to Feature Limits (ACL Lists)
  4. Select the limits you want your Resellers have access to
  5. Then select Save selections as a new ACL list to save your choices as a preset
  6. Click Save All Settings in the bottom end of the screen
C. Granting an existing cPanel account to an access to WHM as a Reseller (Optional)

This section will guide you to upgrade an existing cPanel account privileges to become a Reseller.
 
  1. Login to your WHM account
  2. From the left navigation pane, click on "Zamfoo Master Reseller"
  3. Under Admin Functions section, click on "Upgrade/Downgrade Account"
  4. Choose the cPanel username/account you wish to upgrade and select WHM as the new account type
  5. Make sure "IM SURE THIS IS WHAT I WANT TO DO" is checked and click on "Change it"In the Admin Functions section, click on "Upgrade/Downgrade Account"
