This usually happens if your ISP frequently changes IP addresses of your connection. This is usual for our users using wireless broadband. Due to our server's security feature, each sessions are logged and identified through an IP addresss. If our server sees that your IP has changed, it will require you to re-login and enter your credentials. This is a security feature that protects your account from being accessed from several places at the same time, ultimately protecting you from unauthorized access.
In cases like this, we recommend t our clients to use a VPN tunnel. This way, you will have a more "static" IP that does not change frequently. Free VPN service you could use are: Spotflux, Comodo Unite VPN and HotspotShield.
