Sending payments using Globe GCash is now available via SIM Menu, and Android or iOS App.
You need to be a registered user before you can use the GCash service. If you are not registered and wish to pay via GCash, here's a guide on how you can do so.
HOW TO REGISTER

Registration is done through a simple, one-time process. There are two ways to register:
Via the Mobie App (Android/iOS)
After downloading the app, enter your mobile number in the landing page then click next to proceed. Click “Register” once you get the prompt message. Fill in your mandatory information on the next pages to complete your registration. You will also be asked to nominate a 4-digit MPIN that you will use to confirm your GCash transactions.
Note: Your GCash mobile number must be the activated SIM in your phone to ensure a successful App registration.
Via SIM Menu
- Dial *143# and press call
- Select GCash from the menu
- Then, choose Register
- Nominate a 4-digit MPIN and proceed to fill in all the mandatory information
- Done
HOW TO SEND GCASH
Via the Mobie App (Android/iOS)
- Open app and enter your MPIN
- Tap Send Money
- Enter GCash Recipient Number / Select from your Contacts
- Enter Amount
- Send & Done!
Via SIM Menu
- Dial *143# and press call
- Select GCash from the menu
- Then, choose Send Money
- Enter your 4-digit MPIN, Receipient Number, and Amount
- Send & Done!
HOW TO CONVERT YOUR MONEY INTO GCASH
The process of funding your GCash Wallet (or converting your regular cash to GCash) is called Cash-In. You can Cash-In through:
- InstaPay
- BPI, UnionBank Mobile App
- Payoneer
- Paypal
- 7-Eleven, Family Mart, Ministop, Alfa Mart, Lawson, Shell SELECT
- Any GCash Partner Outlets (GPOs), including:
- Globe Stores
- TouchPay Machines
- Cebuana Lhuillier
- Puregold Customer Service
- Robinsons Department Store
- SM Department Store
- Villarica Pawnshop
- Tambunting Pawnshop
- RD Pawnshop
