Notice that as of July 2021, our DirectAdmin has been updated with a brand-new user interface design. To manage your emails, please follow the steps below.
Navigate to Email Manager
- From your DirectAdmin Dashboard, hover to the 4 circles icon located on the left sidebar
- Click the dropdown beside "Email Manager"
- Click E-mail Accounts
- You will be redirected to the page where you can see all your existing email accounts.
How to create an account
- Navigate to Email Manager as instructed above
- Click the "Create Account" link from the right sidebar of the page
- Enter all the required details
- Click the "Create Account" button when you're done
How to reset the password
- Navigate to Email Manager as instructed above
- Hover to the e-mail account you wish to change password and click the "+" icon
- Click "Change Password" from the pop-up
- Enter the new password and click Submit
