Fix Wordpress problem displaying non-latin characters sets

If you have a Wordpress site and characters, such as "ñ", are not diplaying correctly, please follow this guide.

Step 1: Make sure DB_CHARSET settings in your wp-config.php file is set to "utf8".
Step 2: Login to your WP Admin Dashboard and go to Settings -> Reading -> Encoding for Pages and Feeds and make sure it is set to "UTF-8".
