How do I upgrade/downgrade a package?

 
If you wish to upgrade/downgrade your current package, please follow the detailed instructions below.
 
1. Login to our Client Portal at https://clients.jollyworkshosting.com
2. From the Navigation Bar go to Services > My Services.
3. Hover on the hosting package name you wish to upgrade and click
4. From the left sidebar under Actions, click Upgrade/Downgrade
5. Select a package you like to upgrade to and click Continue.
 
Then proceed to checkout to complete the process of your upgrade/downgrade.
