STATUS: RESOLVED

We would like to inform everyone that The PhoenixNAP Network Services Team have performed a network maintenance to replace a device in the core network. The data center Engineers took all the necessary steps to reduce the impact but this was the reason why Customers today have experienced intermittent connectivity issues for the duration of the maintenance.

The Maintenance took place today Thursday, September 15th 2011 between midnight and 5AM (Phoenix time). And it was successfully finished as we speak. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
