a.    Repairing manufacturer defect to prevent an unplanned outage

 

  1. MAINTENANCE DETAILS:
    1. Prevent inner windings of transformer core from rubbing on outer windings
    2. CET’s (Critical Environment Technicians) to repair a manufacturer defect

 

IMPACT ON CUSTOMERS: Critical / Priority 4 – Our servers with Phoenix NAP will experience a loss of power for 5 -30 minutes during the repairs to the PDB (Power Distribution Board).


UPDATE 1: Maintenance was done, however when we tried to boot our server, it required a forced fsck or file system check/repair and currently stuck on it, waiting to be finished. Our on-site techs are working on the server as I speak, so please bear with us for a couple of more hours. Service will resume as soon as server finished fsck. Thank you for your patience.
